I have a Vodafone kabelbox internet contract. I am moving to a new city (Bayern to Bayern) end of August. I read that I need to fill in the Umzug beauftragen form online. (https://www.vodafone.de/hilfe/alles-zum-umzug.html)
I have filled the form and have received a Start Hilfe portal link mentioning a checklist. The checklist mentions a visit by the Vodafone technician to setup a connection and give me a router.
I already know that the new apartment is equipped with Kabelbox internet connection, as the current tenant there has a kabelbox ocntract. Also, I also have a Vodafone station router from my current contract, so don’t need a new router from Vodafone.
Is there anyone who moved to a new city/apartment by just informing Vodafone and not inviting the long process of technician service. (as the new apartment has a Kabel connection already)
