Should a blood test still get partly refunded by the mutuelle?

Hi,

My huisart sent me off for a blood test. Got it around the corner. They sent me a bill, but the bill only charges to patient. The mutuelle has nothing to pay.

I thought we just paid the *ticket moderateur* for blood tests plus any supplements if it was non-conventionée.

Here is the bill:

I will call the blood test company tomorrow.
