Most English farmers are gits and deserve what’s coming for them.
Of course the massive quantity of nearby poultry farms generating large amounts of all the pollutants that lead to exactly the algal issues the Wye is experiencing, are related.
Like finding chocolate on the floor or a chocolate factory and pretending it came from somewhere else.
