  1. Weren’t we calling these things cope cages a few months ago?

  2. NOTE

    1) FOF markings.

    2) Battle armor kits are attached. Challengers typically train without the supplemental armor, then attach it for combat.

This is the first photo I’ve seen of Ukrainian Challengers with their battle armor attached.

    They’re being committed!

    KICK THEIR FUCKIN ASSES BOIZ

  3. The cope cage seems to have come into its own. Quite different from why russia actually used them, to ‘absorb’ top attack thing like the javeline. Which really was a joke But against fpv drones and other shaped charge attacks by drones, seems actually sensible now.

  4. I would prefer a tesla coil on top to zap grenades, drones, and any infantry that got close.

  5. one is a drone net, the other is a cope cage. they are not the same.

i’m looking forward to tomorrow’s NCD feed tho ngl.

  6. I’m actually confused

Challenger 2’s armor was designed to protect the unit from RPG rounds, a drone will carry at most a RPG warhead .. so .. why!?!?

  7. If the russians thinks those things will work, that might mean they might work against russian tech?

  8. lets hope that the chaly2s record of never being lost to anything other then another chaly2 is maintained as they strike out towards Sevastopol (and theres no Chaly on chaly action).

  9. Cope cage is cope cage, no matter which side you support in this war.

  10. I don’t get it. Is the joke that it’s a Ukrainian tank with a cope cage on it as a way of lampooning the Russians who used them the entire war? I just don’t understand internet memes sometimes.
