10. So they buy a tv and then tomorrow they’ll realise they didn’t get free money so the’ll try return it but get turned down as they’re not entitled to a refund, all they can do then is sell it privately for a loss and use their own money to pay back the balance owed.

13. There are going to be a whole lot of people within the next 6 years whinging and moaning a out how they can’t get a car, personal or mortgage because of this. You take out money that’s not yours, the bank will overdraft it, you can’t pay the overdraft back and it’s on your credit history and so long finance for a few years.
