Establishing a no-fly zone over Ukraine would probably require bombing radar sites and airfields in and around Moscow.
I’m not saying it won’t happen, but I doubt anything less than Muscovia using WMDs would cause it to happen.

The planes bombing Ukraine don’t fly over Ukraine so this wouldn’t even do much.
No fly zone over Ukraine should be extended to Belorussia and Russia 1000km eastern from Moscow!
As much as I support the war effort in Ukraine, asking for this is not realistic. Would be better to supply Ukraine with the air power to police the skies.
I have a great way to establish a no fly zone in Ukraine. First you send them a shit load of air def3nse systems. Then you train them to use those systems.
