Time is ticking…..keeping 100,000+ big army offensive ready group in the field costs huge money every day, and its Russian economy (that by itself is not by any means the rich with money) that is paying for that all fuzz.
Russian government will need to do something with that, either put it to use and attack, or pull back and demobilize
