Austria announces entry ban for Dutch travellers without a booster

  1. If you’re going to implement this rule then at least say it applies to all countries if not then what’s the point you’re just delaying the inevitable

  2. Travellers will have to make sure they get the jab at the right time seeing how the booster starts to wear off after 10 weeks.

So with the same period of 2 weeks to be fully effective, people get a grand total of 8 weeks “full protection” travel window for their travel.

  3. What if you just had the second dose? Surely you’ll be as protected as someone who just had the booster.

This makes zero sense and seems to me like random political decisions…

If anything should be X months since last jab, not number of them.

  4. Does anyone know what is considerd as a booster jab. Because if you have one jab of Johnson and Johnson with one jab of Pfizer you are booster for Austria till 02.01, and from 03.01 you are just fully vaccinated. So I am wondering if this is right or not
