I have a peace plan idea too: punch the Russian government in the mouth and escalate it. Let the Americans rid the region of Russian operatives and mercenaries. Collapse the Russian government and let the people pick a new direction.
The pro-Taiwan part is nice.
There is no country called Taiwan, Taiwan is a province of China, controlled by the western styled Republic of China. China is one country controlled by two rival gouvernments, the same aplies to Korea and to when Germany and Vietnam were also divided by foreign powers
