1. They were not before? I honestly find it insane how airline companies get away with so much shit.

2. The rest of the world needs EU261 like legislation.

   Also, ironic stock photo given that Ryanair doesn’t pay EU261 compensation, even when they’re legally obliged to. Leaches.
