There will probably be a need for more vaccines for a long time now, just like the flu. This shouldn’t be a suprise to anyone.
Why? Omnicron only causes mild symptoms. No more big bucks for Big Pharma.
By next Christmas some covidians will be on their 7th jab. Enough is enough. More research needs to be put into the development of better treatments for the illness and a vaccine that’s more effective and last longer than their current proposition of 3 months.
I am not against vaccinations personally, I’ve already had my jabs but this is the wrong approach. Most countries have a confused policy of endless vaccinations that don’t work very well along with opening back up stores, then closing them, then social distancing, then nothing, masks, no masks. It’s all a big mess that won’t last into the following years. A consensus must be reached so that most sides can be happy with the outcome and our lives are not disrupted like this with no end in sight.
I’ll have as many jabs as the scientists say I need. I don’t like the sound of the alternative.
My last vaccination was in 1996, and I am still alive and healthy. Why is people’s immune system so weak that they have to be vaccinated every year? Is it because of the unhealthy diet and sedentary lifestyle?

On a serious note, boosters are a half arsed solution that in the end will not solve anything. New vaccines against the new variants need to be made, not shoving the same BioNTech vaccine into my ass over and over again, expecting shit to change.
Vaccines are not weapons against the virus, just training for our body. Just giving more and more of the same vaccine will eventually be useless unless we use different types.
