Same in phoenix park on Christmas Eve. All the deer botherers parked on the footpath and choosing to ignore the cones and no parking signs.
Last year around the same time it was the same. Some poor teenager in a wheelchair had to go head on with the traffic because she couldn’t go along the footpath.

The parking situation in Ticknock is fucking infuriating to be fair to them. Ireland really really drops the ball on public parking for parks and amenities. Doesn’t excuse this prick but it’s going to keep happening when the parking situation is so dire.
