I don’t like Fine Gael one bit but this is woeful. Edgelord material. Although they went to the trouble of making it and putting it up so a few points there for effort.
Who finances this stuff? Genuinely curious. Is it just some randomer with a grievance against the government and has some spare ink in his printer? Or is it organized by a certain party?
Does this person think that O’Duffy’s some obscure figure from Irish history that barely anyone’s heard of?
He’s been on the Leaving Cert curriculum since forever. He’s referenced in one of Christy Moore’s most loved songs.
Imagine some youngster went to the effort of making and printing these off thinking it’s funny and edgy. With information that almost anyone who went to school in this country is aware of.
It’s cringe. And it’s littering.
Pretty lame
By this logic could people not put up Sinn Fein posters asking not to google their past? If anything they would want that even less. This is not some new history people should have to Google anyway. They definitely taught it in history in school?

Probably something to do with Varadkars [tweet](https://twitter.com/LeoVaradkar/status/1693926920361021458?t=r-niFjs_U-ClwYAA5Pq5rA&s=19) on the 101st anniversary of Michael Collins death calling him “our leader”
With the 90th anniversary of Fine Gaels founding coming up early next month it will be interesting to see if a similar tweet goes out on O’Duffy.
