That is deep in Crimea, a far distance, but apparently not far enough! Lol.
Is this a dividend from Ukraine launching “trash” s200 a few weeks back to light up enemy ADS?

There were originally two batteries in Crimea. But Ukraine has been probing air defenses heavily, so it’s possible Russia brought in more systems to bolster their aa.
Which is good, because that brings them into NATO long range weapon’s range.
This one has got to hurt.
The cost is most likely below on billion $, unless Ukraine managed to destroy an entire battery which consists of radar, command vehicle and four launchers…

North of Olenivka, on the Tarkhankut Peninsula.
There’s a radar station about 8km to the south that the [Russians have upgraded since the invasion with obvious radome enclosures (the two domes)](https://www.google.com/maps/@45.3455296,32.5221138,395m/data=!3m1!1e3). I’m not sure how S-400 batteries are laid out, but maybe it supplied telemetry to the missile site?
It looks like this location screens the whole western approaches to Crimea from the sea. It would be a shame if something were to “happen” to it.
