All the time I was renting I never, not once, had more than 1 months rent ready at a time. If I did: I wouldn’t have been renting.
That’s the sad thing though, it not ‘their home’ its the dwelling they pay to stay at.
Sure rented properties can/do fill a legitimate need in the market (mostly as temporary housing), but the problem is we have to many people renting out places, and not enough owning homes they live in.
Hell half my city is homes converted into student housing.
