To me is seems there is a strong link… Travelling carnival rocks up to Luxembourg and suddenly in the days and weeks before and during the event, dozens of properties are burgled. i mean, every summer the amount of burglaries goes up becaus epeople leave their home for longer periods of time (vacations)
Coming from a city like Lux. How come police officers who are making more than 4k.per month cannot simply create a unit specialising in this mind of activities? Anyway it is what it is
