Why are Sweden spending so little, I thought it was (according to some redditors) in the middle of the immigrant apocalypse? And why is Poland spending so much when they have a right wing government!?
What do you want to say, OP? This gives neither and indication of the seriousness of problems or the importance government places on solving them, as those problems can be addressed in different ways than by uniforms.

Yeah, being the greenest is not a plus. In Bulgaria, we have the most corrupt, slow, and very often useless police system in EU.
