  1. Does this mean for Russians that have Estonian citizenship? You can vote in Estonia even if you don’t have citizenship?

  2. The fact that Russia still have any “voting rights” is just goes to show how much gas/energy still influence runs the world.

  3. Good, citizens have the right to vote, if a country allows someone else to do it, it’s a privilege and they can take it away. Losing privileges, having more requirements, etc simply reflects Estonia/Russia relations.

  4. We want to pause their voting rights till the war is over. We declared Russia as terrorist country, so why would we let citizens of terrorists country to vote and influence the life in Estonia. Not to mention that their leader is a war criminal. 98% of the Russians citizens in Estonia voted for Putin.

  5. Good, no one wants pro-Russian party in the parliament

  6. inb4 nooooo you can’t infringe on the human rights of those poor ruski spies sent in to destabilize Europe

  7. I understand the idea, but it’s a dangerous present to set in a democratic country. You are losing a longer battle for a short term “gain”. So ban their voting rights? Congrats you just created a second class citizenship, what next? It doesn’t end well..
