A Plaque Honoring a Pilot Who, After Russians Shot Down His Plane, Turned It Away from Crushing into a Civilian Area, is Installed in Kharkiv. Taras Redkin served in the 204th Tactical Aviation Brigade. He died a week before his 26th birthday.
