1. I have the highest respect and admiration for any athlete who goes to a competition and delivers a PB. There is nothing more we can or should expect. Regardless of the position, they should be immensely proud of themselves.

2. To do what’s she done is remarkable. To do it after the tragedy she’s had to deal with (losing her boyfriend Craig Breen), there are no words.
