1. Could do with investigating why it’s so difficult to cancel or downgrade your service (basically you have to deal with their call centres), yet it seems to be possible to upgrade your services online.

2. It’s bonkers that we’ve not got to the point of forcing Virgin, Openreach and altnets to share their networks with eachother.
