I have never understood why this doesn’t carry 2nd degree or manslaughter charges. Some people get away very very lightly for taking lives.
Caught drink driving twice? Lifetime ban. Same with careless driving, or dangerous driving – caught twice? Lifetime ban. Driving while holding a mobile phone, too.
Death by any form of bad driving? Lifetime ban.
Driving is a privilege, not a right. Abuse it – lose it. Forever.
