I also had issues in the past where EasyRide would not start in Stadelhofen or at the underground tracks at Zurich Central Station because of issues locating me. I really hope there will be a more lenient process in the future in such cases now that the press picked up this topic.

Hatte auch schon öfters in Stadelhofen und im Tiefbahnhof am HB Zürich das Problem, dass EasyRide einfach nicht starten wollte wegen Problemen bei der Ortung. Ich hoffe die Tatsache, dass die Presse dies nun aufgreift führt wirklich zu einer besseren Kulanz.

  1. lol, once again, no idea why anyone would use this and give SBB another tool to screw with you, but I’m definitely not surprised to see it happen.

  2. Shitty internet can get very expensive these days.

    Especially with their slogan “Just check in, go and travel without worries.” they should be more tolerant to motivate people to switch.
