The whole police service is broken, it needs re-designing top down, re-recruiting with able, reliable officers not woke quotas and ‘positive discrimination’ driving the recruitment. We are seeing the difference in recruitment strategy right now, recruiting from ex forces personnel versus recruiting people from universalities with a 3rd in Art and Histroy.
The secessionists deny there’s a problem and indulge in the favourite pastime of whataboutery. The Polis chief writes to the people leaving and asks them to think hard about leaving. Someone is not being honest and I know who my money is on that.
