So were Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg.
Well educated people are generally smart enough to avoid politics
It’s apt that you’d use an image of Dougal, because this is a point he would make too.
Remember when we had an actual medical doctor as minister for health, and he was a fucking shambles
I’d be more worried that he was an *incredibly* poor Minister for Health. He was involved in a mass cover up, that thankfully failed, for the deaths of multiple women from cervical cancer and he was also heavily involved, being the Minister for Health, in the dealings for the children’s hospital.
It’s still crazy to me that even after all that he was given a new Ministerial role. Although Ireland is a place that’s renowned for people failing upwards, as long as they know the right people, and Harris has certainly failed, multiple times, but he also certainly does know the right people.
He was also minister for health during the pandemic and told us all to remember that there were 18 previous covids and we never managed a vaccine for them…he’s a simpleton
Wait until all the details of the kids hospital come to light in about 15 years. But “lessons will have been learned” 🙏😇
So is the Shinner Finance spokesman, tried engineering, didn’t suit him
When you realise most politicians have zero qualifications related to their area of responsibility…That’s why they pay big money for external consultants. It is beyond retarded.
We had a minister for finance who didn’t have a bank account
Given his frighteningly prolific TikTok output, he’s in the wrong job. If Harris was in marketing he’d be a genius at it.
He’s an utterly useless entity in politics though. No matter what brief he holds.
And remember, he brought down the last government. Fine Gael decided they’d rather keep him on board, than risk being pushed out and hand over power.
That alone tells you how desperate they are but also how deluded they are about the ‘talent’ among them on their front bench.
