Dr Ali says his “Gender Critical” beliefs are protected and thereby even if it does go against party policy they shouldn’t be able to dismiss over them.

If Dr Ali won this, it would open up a major wave of litigation across all parties.
Tories, anyone of the “moderates” kicked out in the 2019 due to there beliefs not being in line with Johnson.
Labour, all the “socialists” / “corbynites” that have been kicked out recently, for basically no reason past there beliefs.
The potential ramifications of this could in theory be massive.
What is this “protected beliefs” bollocks? Let’s put that in the bin pronto.
It’s a fucking travesty that as we head into the Climate Catastrophe because we didn’t take enough action when we were warned about Climate Change, the Green Party is falling apart over what you’ve got in your pants. There should be one issue that supersedes all others, an existential threat, but because of the big tent approach and that every voice has equal weight the party that should be showing some leadership on this issue, (before it’s even more too late), are fighting over who’s got what where and what they can do with it, as the lifeboat sinks. They need to vote and move on. After the vote, if you don’t like it then go somewhere else.
