  1. Course I did, started with 70 odd by the end of third it was down to 2 counting myself and that was a number I don’t care to think long ago.

    So Seymour is correct

  2. The overall non progression rate has been 13-15% for at least 15 years, with the exception of COVID years where it decreased to 7-9%. The increase we see in 2023 is a return to normal rates.

  3. Could we try raising the rent even further to try and fix it?

  4. Of course. Let’s just do more curve balls like Maths paper 2, that’ll help sort the wheat from the chaff. Whatever happened there?
