  1. Isn’t S-400 designed explicitly to intercept cruise missiles and other even higher performance targets?

Good going Turkey. Hope you’re happy with those S-400s you gave up the F-35 for.

  2. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

    – I was wondering when modified Neptunes would enter theater. I had no doubt in my mind they were cooking something like this up.

  3. Low flying and apparently very, very deadly. Just ask the Moskva Submarine

  4. This is the danger in letting Ukraine mop up your Black Sea fleet. They start having all these Neptunes sitting around with nothing to do… and so they convert them to ground attack.

Russia needs to get more targets out there on the water! Soak up those Neptunes!

Look at the splendid example of *Moskva*.

  5. This story is so fantastic that it has me wondering if it is not deliberate misdirection by Ukraine. Mind you it is known that Ukraine was working on a land variant with a much longer range than the sea variant.

But it should not have been able to defeat an S-400 given it is a subsonic missile.

Lots of questions. But if Ukraine is manufacturing Neptunes in a land attack variant then that spells more trouble for ruzzia, and I will rejoice.

  6. I absolutely love that they hit that asset with a device of their own making.

Not a donated munition. Excellent for morale, and confidence.

    Out-fucking-standing ladies and gents.
