    It’s definitely weird that your monthly payment has been set to zero. Give them a call?

  2. Either a mistake, or since it’s half way into the year it’ll be recalculated based on first half of year usage. But still weird to show it like that, I’d give them a call because this is just a plan so you can’t use it to later get “free electricity” when they actually get usage amounts.
