How can a poster be fake? Nowhere does it purport to be endorsed by the HSE or anything to do with the government. The logo at the bottom says “people of Ireland”.
It’s an exercise in guerilla marketing, and a very effective one at that. A feature like that in the indo would cost thousands.
I wonder if it’s worth posting up “hey this is fake” as passing it around social media brings wider attn to this misinformation (exactly what it hoped to do).
Thankfully this kind of nutjob is limited to just a handful of blowhards and hypocrites who are also vaccinated!

Myocarditis is found after the vaccine at a higher rate than the virus itself. Basically you increase your risk by taking the vaccine.
