I personally think 14 years old is still way too young to have sex – you’re still basically a child. 16-17 I would say is acceptable, as long as both people are well informed about sex and contraception.
“If you want to have sex with me in the next two years, we’ll need to do it now, since it’s my birthday tomorrow and it’ll be illegal then”
Imagine a 17y and 11m old boy and a 15y and 10m old girl being in a relationship. It would be perfectly legal except for one month. Weird law
