They should make a TV series about it, maybe call it “The Slap”.
>In that moment [Bruce] has done something incredibly dangerous and, in that exact moment, I decided that the right thing to do was discipline him quickly
…
>Bruce eventually stopped to graze on a grass verge and was seen on camera returning to his owners before being chastised by Moulds and being led into a horse box, the court heard.
Horse goes down road a bit, stops to graze and goes back to owners. At which point the owner decides that the Horse coming back makes them incredibly dangerous? Huh?
>I certainly will never strike a horse, discipline a horse, in that manner because my life has been torn to pieces as a result of that four-second decision
You already have?
Ok so what would happen to me if I kicked her in the chest and punched her in the face?
Most of us pay for much worse to happen to animals. Slapping a horse is horrible but it’s pretty trivial in the grand scheme of animal mistreatment.
Courts were wrong on this one. She had no right to ‘discipline’ it, and if she felt comfortable doing so odds are she has done it before.
(I’ve only read the article and watched the video)
Funny the article mentions nothing of the fox hunting day out she’d just been out to. Filth, the lot of them.
