Simple question: Do you prefer the colorized or the original black and white version?
Edit: Oh, I am on #teamColor btw. I like the detail it brings to the scenery.

Didn’t know there is a colour version. Don’t think I need to see it. After all the reason for watching it is nostalgia and the shared experience of remembering every funny moment.

I’ll get downvoted into oblivion, but does anyone else hate this film? My German relatives insist on watching every year. First time was a mild chuckle, second time surprise that we’d rewatch, now I dread it for weeks leading up to New Years.

It wouldn’t feel right to watch it in colour.
B&w and the remake with cologne dialect.
And I’m looking forward to the version of Joko and Klaas. It may be stupid or genius. Nothing in between 🙂
