Ukraine’s tactics are improving all the time, they learn from their mistakes and from the enemies mistakes. If russi does not send in reinforcements, the area will be taken as a bridgehead eventually. If they dos end in enough troops, then Ukraine will start concentrating on other areas, as seen in the last few days.
This activity seems to be increasing more and more and when russi ignores a small attack it could mean Ukraine seizes enough russian equipment to then create a beachhead.
*Russians lost so much equipment due to drone strikes that they brought into the region an armored recovery vehicle, BREM-1, to evacuate damaged equipment and an air defense system against low-flying aircraft. Both pieces of equipment were also destroyed by Ukrainian drones.*
