I hope they never rent the flat because of their greed and stupidity.

I am guessing this is marketed towards third country nationals who have no other option but to share with other strangers.
For the dump that Malta has become this is not affordable.
Happened to me in Rome, pure disgrace. Was listed as Scipioni Suites only to be a flat and all the beds rooms rented separately. Even the fridge was partitioned. All for the price of a 4 star. Greed at its best is not enough!
It is serious, ridiculous, stupid and funny at the same time.
They are sure that people will start sharing just to live here…they don’t know that we will leave because I am not working full time to share apartments because landlords are greedy as hell
Ten years ago, with 750 euro you could have rented two apartments in Swatar. Serq fil-wiċċ, daylight robbery.
Almost as bad as the uk, except you can’t rent anywhere without references.
