I know this might be a little weird to post here, but I found this bag in a weird little pawn shop in Bulgaria, all the patches (including the Made in Denmark patch) are sewn on by hand from the previous owner. I have no idea how it ended up here. I’ve had it for a little while now, but just recently noticed the writing on the inside of the flap. I don’t know if this is what it says, but I think it says Tirstrup, as in the town ?
There’s also a gum wrapper from the 80’s (ish), it’s the only thing inside.
I thought at the very least this would be a little interesting to someone here, and maybe there’s the very off chance someone recognises it or has some interesting information regarding the bag or patches.
I kinda made it into my travel bag because it’s really sturdy, but I think I also want to start sewing on patches like this person did to continue what they started.
Anyways, happy scrolling.

the town is Taastrup (Tåstrup)
u/snifhvide or u/danishistorian are my best bet for people who know things about past
Guess the writing is a surname. Not a very common one but also not extremely rare.
At least I know one with that name and I guess it would make more sense to put a name in it than a town’s name.
