Grow house, dozens of UV lamps mean the roof is nice and warm.
That or the neighbour is throwing seeds up there so the birds shit in the owners garden.

Sometimes people grow things in their attic that need a warm temperature. If you walked by that house when it was snowing I’d guess it would be the only house with no snow on the roof.
It’s Monday morning, they’re probably hungover and just chilling, after a couple of nights on the tiles..
