1. There’s still snow and everything’s not on fire somehow

2. Looks fantastic but not very feasible with existing standards.

   Looks like a lot of exemptions for building applications. If something like this would ever be built and survive the surely thousands of appeals.

   Here are a few questions the authorities would ask:

   __Building__

   – Missing SUVA railing at watercourse
   – Missing SUVA railing on platform
   – Insufficient balcony heights
   – Supplementary sheet Fire protection: How to extinguish plants in case of fire?
   – Repair vegetation on roofs, only regional plants allowed.
   – Planting in the surrounding area, please no non-local plants.
   – Too much glass How do you protect birds from crashing against it and dying?

   __Vehicles__

   – People and boats share the water, does the insurance pay?
   – Train “bubbles” which permit form is that? We’ll check with the federal government…

   __Roads/traffic__

   – Vegetation encroaches on the road clearance gauge.
   – Inadequate street lighting.
   – Insufficient road widths
   – Lack of lanes for non-motorised traffic (pavements, bicycle lanes).
   – Bridges: No visible railings
