Can we just treat him like an unwanted house guest at the end of a party They should lock him up, but not in a Prison. Lad is clearly mentally disturbed. Needs to be put on a Psych hold for his own good. Wonder where he spent his Summer holidays though… hope he had a nice relaxing time standing outside a hotel somewhere hot.
