2. I don’t get the context — I thought they emptied that one refugee camp in Chloraka and brought people to Kofinou? Or are there more refugee reception facilities in Chloraka?

4. I’m seeing a lot of different information about this incident online and its pretty clear to me that all the facts have not been sorted yet by the police. Yet I still hear people spreading news of migrants rioting and attacking innocent locals as if its 100% factual.

   I’m not saying I know what’s happened, I don’t. But I think if indicative of a major problem we have here in Cyprus of people getting all their news from social media and spreading things they’ve heard as fact without taking a critical eye to it or waiting for verified information.

8. When the government fails to solve a problem that has been boiling for a couple of years then the peoples rightful frustration is taken advantage by extremist groups. Thats how you give power to the far right. The european experiment is showing its inadequacy, and the far right is showing its teeth. If we believe in democracy and liberty then the governments in europe should wake the fuck up before its too late.
