Is this deal too good to be true?

Hi guys, I’m going to move from a WG into a new apartment soon, and the thing that we all need to worry about at some point in our lives has found it’s way into mine: setting up home internet!

Now, since the biggest providers of home internet in Zurich (could be Switzerland in general) are the following: Salt, Sunrise, Swisscom, UPC (Now also Sunrise, apparently). There are some other small players that I came across some websites: Wingo, iWay, etc.

Now since I also don’t have a TV, I came across this deal from Sunrise: https://www.sunrise.ch/en/internet-tv/samsung-tv-promo. Now as per this deal, I need to sign up for 30 months to get the TV, and I’m planning for the below plan:

55 inch TV with 1Gb/s plan for 30 months.

All in all, this comes to 80 CHF a month (No activation fee advertised on the webpage, but mentioned in Terms and Conditions on the bottom of the link attached!). Without the TV, it comes to 50 CHF a month.

Also, since they mentioned about the TV in the T&C, I checked and it says the TV is 1300 CHF. But for 30 months, I would effectively be paying around 900 in total for the TV, so Sunrise gives me a 400 CHF discount for being a customer for 30 months.

Is this too good to be true? Has anyone had any experience with Sunrise or a deal of this sort before?

So let me know if I should move forward with my eyes closed, or I need to keep em open and look around for a different deal! Cheers! 😀
