  1. Probably need half a dozen squirrels to make a burger, they’re no bigger than a normal brown rat under all that fluffy fur.

  2. Will need big warning labels though.

    May contain traces of nuts.

  3. Squirrel meat would make terrible burgers (it kinda tastes like chicken). It’d be a pretty good as a kebab or hot-wing style meal tho.

  4. Had squirrel sausage at a farmers market, it’s nice enough but they’d be a pain in the arse to get the meat off
