I’m looking to do ausbildung in germany
According to ausbildung.de the starting salary I would get is €3250
This is alot higher than many ausbildung options

This is the relevant part for you when you start the Ausbildung
> As a landscape gardener, you earn 1,020 euros gross per month in the first year of training (as of August 2023). The training salary increases to 1,130 euros in the second year of training. In the third year of training, you will earn 1,240 euros. The salaries apply to you if your company pays according to the collective wage agreement.
The 3250€ is what you may get once you have finished the Ausbildung.
