How do I switch in such a vintalation system? It doesn’t do anything, the bathroom stays unventilated

1. I meant “switch on” of course.

2. There should be a switch/button in the bathroom. Most of the times right next to the light switch.

3. Sometimes you can’t and it is just a vent hole.
