2. This conversation always gets rehashed every time.

   The PM needs to be able to move around the country quickly and efficiently to make use of his time. No, a train is not a suitable environment for a high security risk individual. If the UK cannot allow its leader to do something such as use a helicopter, we might as well forget about our country being taken seriously and start sitting at the table with Micronesia.
