Earlier this months I went to Jobcenter to ask them about possibly moving and I specifically explained that it’s nothing official to an apartment I looked at and that the move would be this September as they wanted to someone in that apartment right away. Jobcenter gave me a form and told me that the new landlord would have go fill this out first and told me that I would have to first give a 3 months notice to my current landlord. So later on I asked the landlord at the apartment I looked at if they were willing to wait 3 months, which he replied no as they wanted someone sooner and others were already asking about the apartment as well. I think no big deal, obviously never having them fill out the papers Jobcenter has given me. Earlier I received a letter on the mail from Jobcenter, stating about the possible move and explaining that my benefits are canceled, that I won’t be receiving anything for September and to bring in the paper they gave me filled out by the 8th of September. Now I’m freaking out, because I don’t know what to do about my rent and being able to pay for food and living expenses, especially on such a short notice. This is so stressful and tomorrow they’re closed, so I have to wait they’ll Thursday to come in. This is totally screwing me over and I’m not completely sure how to deal with this. I feel like I’m drowning here

Edit:
The letter Jobcenter send me
