   This guy went to the Police while he was wanted for a crime, had a meeting with the Chief of the Police and the Minister of Defence to talk about the demands of the Syrians he represents(how did he become the representative? Did they vote for him?). All this while he was sort of high. And the only arrested him afterwards because he made threats to the national tv
