Summer is coming to an end, meaning Belgian fields are overflowing with delicate sun fried fries. In the countryside farmers are collecting their harvests, ready to be shipped to “friteries” across Belgium, where they will fried for a second time.

The Belgian fries harvest happens every year around the same time as the plucking of the croissants on French fields.
