If people cant abide by traffic rules, including parking, and fines cant be passed to costumers at fault, might as well.
I can’t see why they don’t just have heavier penalties against not parking properly and that. Surely banning an accessible, environmentally friendly and socially beneficial service helps no one?
Surely we should be moving away from carbon-emitting cars?
OT but: WTF is “one of the only”?!? It’s either “the only” or maybe “one of the few”.
Shame, one of the highlights of my trip there last year was zooming around on those things. If only there weren’t dickheads out there driving and parking them irresponsibly.
