* **Ukraine has received hundreds of so-called “cardboard drones” from Australia.**
* **The Corvo PPDS is cheap, comes flat-packed, and can be built in an hour, its maker says.**
* **It’s designed for reconnaissance and delivery, but may have been used to attack too.**
It is only a matter of time before kids or terrorists in other countries start making these too. Scary times ahead.
Brings new meaning to “death by a thousand papercuts”
I wonder why these even cost $3,500. As someone who build RC planes, this seems like it should cost closer to $500 max.
Unless they are using some kind of military grade anti-jam GPS receiver then that would add a significant cost.
Awesome. Take more boom, ruzzia!
I bet they’re made from old Chewy delivery boxes…
What you get when you try to commit genocide against a massive nation known for its bravery and military manufacturing know-how.
Sucks to be Russia for foreseeable future…
The most important features is that it is environmental friendly
